Just because something is "common" doesn't mean it's normal.

-
Bloating after meals
-
Constipation

Brain fog
-
PMS
-
Skin issues
-
Sleep issues

These are a few of the things people might say are common in our society. But if something is common, that doesn't automatically mean its normal.
Functional lab testing can provide deeper insight into underlying factors that may be influencing these health concerns.
Functional Lab Testing
Functional lab testing can provide deeper insight into how different systems in the body are functioning. These at-home tests help uncover potential imbalances and offer valuable information that can guide personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
Labs will be provided via mail and completed from the comfort of your home, and results are reviewed together during your consultation to help better understand factors that may be influencing your health.
Available testing may include:
• Omega-3 and InflammationTest – evaluates essential fatty acid balance and inflammation markers. Inflammation levels are often a good indicator of overall cardiovascular health.
• Food Sensitivity Test – Identifies potential immune responses (IgG) to certain foods. IgG reactions can trigger an immune response between 24-72 hours after eating.
• Comprehensive Stool Test – If you're doing your best to live a healthy lifestyle but continue to feel unwell; brain fog, digestive issues, low energy? An imbalanced microbiome could be the reason.
• Organic Acids Test – Asses how well your digestive system is functioning along with your energy and mood metabolites.
• Minerals & Metals Test – Feeling stressed, tired or anxious? Your nervous system might be needing some TLC, this test checks minerals like electrolytes that supply you with energy for the day and buffer the effects of stress. This also tests for heavy metal exposure.
• Thyroid & Adrenal Hormone Test – Dealing with low mood or libido, slow metabolism? it's absolutely vital to look at your hormones. This test gives the full picture to identify any imbalances directly affecting overall metabolic function.
