About Me

My journey into health and wellness began in 2010 as a young athlete I became fascinated with the power of nutrition and how the foods we eat can influence how we feel, live and perform. What started as a personal curiosity quickly grew into a deep passion for understanding the body and supporting it through natural and holistic approaches.

In 2015, my path took a more personal turn when I began experiencing intense anxiety and panic attacks while in college. During that time, I started exploring the connection between the mind and body and realized how deeply our physical, emotional, and mental health are intertwined. This experience shifted my perspective from focusing only on nutrition to embracing a more holistic approach to wellbeing.

Throughout this journey, I was still struggling with chronic sinus congestion that had been present for over a decade. Even as I was learning more about health and nutrition, the issue never fully resolved. It wasn’t until I began exploring the deeper role of gut health and its connection to inflammation and the immune system that things finally started to shift. Addressing my gut health ultimately helped resolve something I had lived with for years, reinforcing my belief that many chronic symptoms are often rooted deeper in the body than we initially realize.

Over the years, my studies and personal exploration expanded into multiple areas of health including nutrition, yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, Ayurveda and functional medicine. I believe true wellness comes from addressing the body as a whole — supporting physical health, emotional balance, and inner awareness together.

Alongside years of self-study, I pursued formal education and training in several areas of holistic health and movement. I have taken college-level coursework in nutrition science and completed professional certifications in integrative health coaching, yoga, breathwork, and functional health.

My approach blends evidence-based health principles with mind-body practices to help people better understand their bodies, address root causes, and create sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term wellbeing.
